Apart from the building and manufacturing of Soundproof diesel generator sets, we have a special division that manufacture all our control panels. Our manufacturing is 100% South African.

Control Panels + Accessories: Base load, Econo, Standby and Load Bank installations, Bypass, Parallel panels and Synchronizing panels.
Controllers: Deep Sea, Lovato and Smartfen with remote start options.
Enclosures: Weather proof and Sound attenuated.
Control systems: Smartgen controller, Lovato and Deepsea controllers that integrate digital, Intelligent and network techniques are used for our automatic control systems of diesel generators. It can carry out functions including automatic start / stop, data measurements and alarms. High water temperature, low oil pressure, with over speed and overload protection. ATS with different currents, AMF control panels and circuit breakers can be selected.

Some controller features include:

• Automatically senses mains (utility) failure and starts the backup generators (controlled by DSE model 5510 controllers).
• Automatic 'hours run' balancing of the generator sets.
• Starts and stops sets as the load requires or run all at once.
• Multiple mains supply support to allow the gensets to provide backup and no-break return to multiple mains supplies.
• Can maintain a specific mains (utility) or generator power factor.
• ATS and Peak lopping control for 5510 controlled generator bus.
• 'Soft transfer' (load ramping) both to and from the generator supply.
